The Canadian Multivocational Ministry Project is founded in community-based research design. We have engaged multivocational leaders (and former multivocational leaders) in the design and analysis to optimize the relevance and increase the clarity. We are analyzing the results of interviews which will answer the research questions from the perspective of a very diverse range of priests, ministers, pastors and missionaries in Canada. Their responses will provide insight into the challenges and opportunities generated by multivocational ministry and suggest ways in which resources can be fashioned to support them.

Additionally, the CMMP has partnered with the Wellness Project at Wycliffe, a long term study and assessment tool aimed at better understanding the ups and downs of ministry life.
